Slander shows a glimpse of their sensitive side with 'Happy Now'

SLANDER is known for creating hard hitting bass music, but they show a glimpse of their emotional side from their days of pioneering the 'Heaven Trap' genre. Last week, Toronto bass music trio Black Tiger Sex Machine unveiled 'New Worlds', the group's latest LP out now on Kannibalen Records. The album is locked and loaded with 10 brand new BTSM bangers featuring heavy hitters like YOOKIE, Kai Wachi, Lektrique, and Apashe. One of our favorites from the album is definitely the dark electro monster tune 'Beast'. We love the vibe on Cabu's 'Try' (feat. LILI N)

There's something about that classic hip-hop style production over crisp vocals and harmonies that get us every time. It's simple, but the energy is great and Cabu and LILI N really delivered. It's amazing how well the two artists work together and if we were being 100% honest, we would love to hear more from the two in the future. Talk a walk on the dark side with the latest remix from 13

Toronto-based artist Krayysh has been tearing up the bass music scene on Mat Zo's label Mad Zoo, and there's no one better suited to remix one of his tracks than producer 13. 13 is usually thought to be an unlucky number, but in this instance we've hit the jackpot. Weaving a vintage electro feel into an already amazing song, 13's remix emits vibes reminiscent of big time artists such as Deadmau5, Eric Prydz, and REZZ. When the drop hits, the remarkably filthy bassline will send you off the deep end into the dark world of 13, and will leave you wanting more and more. With all of the work he has been putting in lately, including a collaboration with REZZ on her song 'drugs', 13 is bound to blow up very soon, so go ahead and give him a follow!
