Four California-based artists were selected to participate in a three-month residency in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo from May 1 to July 31, 2018. During this residency, the artists immersed themselves in the community by living at the historic Daimaru Hoteland producing work guided by the overarching theme of “Community Control and Self-Determination.”
