neutral. remixes Evalyn's "Filthy Rich"

Staying true to its name, neutral.’s remix of Evalyn’s hit song Filthy Rich is seriously the filthiest, grimiest, and most nasty remix to grace the globe. Filthy Rich promises drops dirtier than a landfill in the rain. Dissonant piano in the verse leads the ear to a cliff, overlooking a sonic masterpiece. At the peak of the build the listener is overcome with an unbearable desire to jump off the edge of that cliff and give themselves entirely to the music, and for a moment it is like they are flying. But then, brutal synth wall slam the entire body, freezing it in space as Evalyn says “I thought you knew I’m filthy rich,” from somewhere in the distance, reminding us all that she is in charge, and that we are just all pheasants.

Noah Slee - the artist you need to know about

Noah Slee, the Tongan born, New Zealand raised, Berlin-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has been sending music critics gaga the past few months with his constant slew of incredible releases. As premiered by Nylon Magazine and out today, Noah unearths "Radar" the final single to be taken from his forthcoming epic debut album "Otherland".

“Otherland” is a soulful exploration of freedom and spiritual progression. Writing an explicit, diary-like account of Noahs sexual awakening and self-discovery, the Tongan native wrestles his conscience on record, as he speaks honestly about the intimate moral conflicts he experiences each day. Standout track "Told” is a poignant ode to self, a stream of consciousness in which Noah accepts himself as a gay man, communicating the need for his families affirmation in the light of this brave disclosure.  Head bobbing, paced electronic beats drift beneath Noah’s musings, a sense of life’s greater plan weaves each track to the next. Poetic imagery dawns on each and every song's intro, metaphorical of the new beginnings which will rise, chorus to chorus, song to song, sentiment to soliloquy, morning to night.

Louis Futon blesses us with new song "Rewind" featuring the incredible Ashe & Armani White

Best known for his melodic collaborations with ROZES and RKCB, remixes of Gallant and GoldLink, and recent flips of Frank Ocean and Kendrick Lamar that have gone viral via beat-making videos, Louis Futon is quickly becoming a production powerhouse who just nearly sold out a spring headlining tour. His newest is a shining example of the versatility it’s taken him to get there as “Rewind” is a jazzy, utterly jubilant joint that features vocals from go-to topliner and burgeoning solo sensation Ashe alongside soulful bars from the Pigeons & Planes backed Armani White.  Futon looks to continue his upward momentum after the release of “Rewind” with a string of festival appearances and tour dates alongside ODESZA in the fall.

We can't get enough of Mina Rose

Mina Rose reveals striking debut track, 'Lemons & Limes'

Mina Rose introduces herself today with the evocative, effortlessly-assured 'Lemons and Limes', which is available now. Already, Mina Rose is beginning to make waves beyond her close-knit musical crowd: she also runs her own online vintage clothing shop, Girl Down Brockley, and has been sampled by lifelong hero Tricky after he stumbled across her online (literally, 'lifelong': Mina's mum took her to see Tricky at Glastonbury when she was just two months old). With 'Lemons and Limes' featuring a cameo via 'Shishco Bob' from Mina's block, the results are a stark reminder that "we have everything we need on our doorstep. The focus at the moment is too much on celeb culture and what we don’t have, which leaves us ignoring the wealth and beauty of what is in front of us and around us”. And in Mina Rose, British pop has a new neighbour who you will want to get to know.
