George Ryan releases club anthem "Nah, Nah, Nah"

Its the weekend and we're getting in the mood for going out. Luckily George Ryan shared his latest club anthem for turning up - “Nah, Nah, Nah” is the new single by Toronto artist George Ryan. It’s an infectious club anthem meant to keep late summer nights alive in the final half of 2017. He seamlessly blends tones of RnB, pop, and rap into his own unique style of music that is quickly becoming his modus operandi. The intoxicating hook and bridge showcase George’s smooth, raspy singing voice, accompanied by an equally impressive rap cadence in the verses. It sounds like there ‘s at least one feature on this song but George has vowed to do it all on his own for at least the first album, which is why he also produced the bass heavy beat set in G Minor. It's the perfect record for those nights out in the club. If you like what you hear, don't forget to connect with the artist to stay up to date on future releases.

SNBRN & BLU J - "You Got Me" [Christofi & Noah. Remix]

Released on Ultra Records... super producers remix one of our favorite tracks and its just as good as the original.

LA based dance music producers, “Christofi" and “Noah.", team up to create a genre blending, melodic bass & guitar driven remix for SNBRN / Blu J. They blended their styles seamlessly and vamped up the original’s energy with an organic, live instrument flare. Pulsing energetic synths in the drop are intertwined with melodic acoustic guitar riffs as the song leaves something for every electronic music lover to enjoy and dance to.

This KIIRA collab with Noah North is perfect

Today we have something super special to share with you. Kiira recently connected with multi Grammy nominated super-producer Justin Trugman (Eminem, Wu-Tang, Ice Cube) for what was supposed to be a brief studio project. The duo quickly found that their styles and musical direction perfectly complimented one another and the rest is history. Looking to dominate the space between future bass and alt-pop, KIIRA’s debut single “Last Time” proves that these two are clearly onto something. Co-written with Naomi Wild, songwriter and touring vocalist for Odesza, “Last Time” features KIIRA’s slick vocals and sly lyricism. This record will capture your heart and we can't wait to see whats to come from the up and coming artist in the coming months.

Born in Paris, raised in Zurich, KIIRA is a 20 year old Swiss-American songwriter and vocalist. Looking to dominate the space between future bass and alt-pop. KIIRA found her way to music through her love of art. Inspired by the likes of Basquiat, Lana Del Rey, and Nina Simone, KIIRA reminds herself not to be afraid to work outside of her comfort zone because that is where great art comes alive. KIIRA is done holding back and is ready to push boundaries in the electronic-pop space.

Luke Chase and Clay Borrell just dropped a hit and we can't stop playing it

This pop + trap collab, Luke Chase teams up with Singer-Songwriter and YouTuber Clay Borrell. It's a pretty solid record and its without a doubt one of the more unique releases we've covered this week and thats what makes this one so incredible special.

It's not often you hear rural guitar vibes with 808's and trap snares but maybe that's what Minnesotans gotta do to keep warm in the winter. All of Luke Chase's music is self produced and co-written with those who are featured on his tracks. After playing drums in both rock and folk bands as a youngster, Luke began a brief journey making beats and playing drums for local hip-hop artist CallMeKarizma in 2013. Luke then put down the drum sticks and began producing music exclusively.

New FJØRA is here and it's pure magic

Canadian-born pop artist FJØRA has released her debut EP, WATERCOLOR, out this week on UNSECRET MUSIC / Tone Tree Music. FJØRA's goal for this debut was to create an instinctual, visceral, and organic sound emanating from her musical heritage. We've been covering the artist here and there over the last couple of months and we're always excited to share new material when we get it. There's a special sound to FJØRA's music that we just can't get enough of. With things really shaping up, we imagine the talented singer will have a pretty damn amazing 2018.

"WATERCOLOR is my first EP release, which is why it was important to me that it be reflective of the person I am at this moment in time," says Alexandra Petkovski (a.k.a FJØRA). "It's a little weird, a little quirky, dramatic, fun - a bit experimental and an exploration of the kinds of music I love and never thought I could be taken seriously for before. FJØRA means 'rolling tide' and having been strongly connected with water my whole life, it just made sense that this first 'shade' of music I share be encompassed by its name - combining the two most significant things in my life. Water and color. I am truly appreciative of this chance to now let it leave its nest and find its place in all of this beautiful world!"

Juke Ross - "Colour Me" [Autograf Remix]

Have you heard this remix yet? This is insane.. Autograf remixes Juke Ross's "Colour Me" and its probably one of our favorite Autograf remixes to date. This is something special and we're so excited to share it with you today. If you like what you hear, you're gonna wanna connect with these two artists because you're not gonna wanna miss out on any future releases. Trust me.

ABOUT JUKE ROSS:

Located on South America’s northern mainland, the celebratory and life-affirming spirit of Guyana remains an undercurrent of JUKE ROSS’s songwriting. The youngest of 14 siblings, he can recall falling in love with music at a young age. The family radio played everything from Caribbean standards to Bob Dylan and Michael Jackson, and he would sit and listen for hours on end. Inspired by his nurse mom, he enrolled in medical school. In the midst of his studies, guitar beckoned to him. JUKE feverishly began penning music. Among those early compositions, he created “Colour Me, which became an independent phenomenon, landed him a deal with Republic Records, and positioned him as one of 2017’s most exciting artists to watch!

ABOUT AUTOGRAF:

Combining two art students and a derivatives trader into an all-encompassing art project was surely a novel concept. Autograf -- formed by Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing -- craft a shimmery mix of futuristic electronica with a D.I.Y. ethos that melds the skills from their former day jobs. When the electronic music scene reached a certain peak, the group wanted to bring some sexy back to the genre. After remixing songs by a string of prominent artists like Lorde and Pharrell, they released their first original song, "Dream," followed by "Running" and "Metaphysical," featuring Autograf-designed paintings and mixed-media pieces. Autograf's future philosophy and artistic talents led them to create their own stage installations, which they hoped would revolutionize the electronic music scene. Following the release of their first three originals, the trio released their debut EP, 'Future Soup,' and continued the momentum with their Hype Machine dominating single "Nobody Knows" and remix of "Rockabye" by Clean Bandit and Sean Paul. Earlier this year, the trio made their Big Beat Records debut with their jam “You Might Be” featuring Lils. They've since followed up the smash single with hits "Simple" ft. Victoria Zaro via Spinnin Records and their latest single "Sleepless in NYC" via Armada Deep.

Mokita & Maty Noyes share new song "Goodbye"

Every once in awhile we get something really special and todays one of those days. Mokita & Maty Noyes shared their new collab this week "Goodbye" and we've been obsessed. Taking influence from the future pop sound - "Goodbye" is a beautiful and exciting new future bass record. Released off of Armada Music we're super excited to hear more from the artists in the coming months. Hopefully we won't have to wait long...

American born artist, songwriter, and producer, John-Luke Carter, known professionally as MOKITA, has quickly gained attention for his ability to blend huge pop hooks with zen-like production, certainly playing into the meaning behind his stage name. The word “MOKITA,” which derives from a language called Kivila, known to be spoken in Papua New Guinea, translates loosely to “the truth we all know but agree not to talk about.” Since starting the project in 2016, MOKITA became recognized for his debut single, Monopoly, which was a collaboration with vocalist, CADE.

Originally hailing from Corinth, Mississippi and currently based in Los Angeles, her voice has driven smashes across the spectrum of genres. She made a buzzworthy introduction as the featured vocalist on “Angel”—the closing track from The Weeknd’s GRAMMY® Award-winning, chart-dominating triple-platinum epic Beauty Behind The Madness. On the heels of that success, she wrote and featured on Kygo’s RIAA gold-certified international smash single “Stay,” which reached #1 on Billboard’s Dance Airplays Chart, #2 on the iTunes US Dance Chart, and #8 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 Chart with over 411M streams to date. She also joined Kygo’s SOLD OUT tour in addition to delivering key performances at the 2015 VH1 Live In The Vineyard showcase and the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

This new Foreign Figures track is insane..

Oh boy do we have a gem for you today. Foreign Figures just released their new song "ADAN" and we haven't been able to get it our of our heads. This catchy indie pop / dance tune is the perfect balance between a few of our favorite genres and Foreign Figures has truly mastered their sound and we can't get enough of it. I imagine with material like this, Foreign Figures has a bright 2018 in stored and we can't wait to watch it unfold. Happy Friday and enjoy!

Roscoe Rowe just dropped this huge future bass track "Big Bang" (feat. PAU)

Oh man this future bass track from rising Norfolk-based EDM duo Roscoe Rowe gets a boost from the powerhouse vocals of LA-based singer / songwriter Paulina Cerrilla on their debut single, “Big Bang.” The collaboration for this electrifying single was born at the ASCAP “I Create Music” EXPO in April 2017, where the duo first met Paulina and was highly impressed with her signature vocal style and self-made renown as a YouTube sensation. Written and produced by Roscoe Rowe (Bobby Nefzger & Nate Brown), the demo for “Big Bang” was performed at the annual iStandard Producer Showcase at the Ohm Nightclub in Los Angeles, CA. This track is huge and we see such great things coming from the artists in the months to come. Enjoy!

Alexander Bernard shares funky new record "Jacuzzi"

Well it's Friday and we have another sweet release for you to get you into weekend mood. Alexander Bernard's latest single 'Jacuzzi' is a lustful underwater escapade framed by sultry pop-funk. The guitar intro is insatiable as it mingles with undeniably catchy beats. The song traces the journey from homestead solitude to sharing a passionate night in a Jacuzzi with a new fling. This track feels like a more pop centric version of Devendra Barnhart, showcasing the solo efforts of Bernard while boasting a full, impressive sound. If you haven't heard Alexander Bernard we suggest you tune in now, his writing and production will captivate on first listen. With that being said, the track is rather unique and we're so excited to share it with you today. If you like what you hear don't forget to connect with the artist to stay up to date on future releases and enjoy!
