Crash Land unveils his identity in new music video 'The Path'

Crash Land has been a favorite of the blog since making their debut last year. Since then, there's been a question of who the mysterious hip-hop artist was and after a while, we started to believe we'd never get to find out. Well, that all changed this week with the artists debut music video for their new song 'The Path'. 

The video, directed by ZOMO VISUALS, takes place in a scorching hot desert. With no sign of life for hundreds of miles, we watch Crash Land as he braves the desert in search of a way home. 

We have to hand it to em', Crash Land has delivered banger after banger this year and it's honestly incredible to see just how far the artist has come. Prior to releasing the new single, Crash Land announced his new deal with Empire, hinting that a string of new releases is just around the corner.

We're a big fan of visuals over here at Gems & Secrets and Golan just released their music video for their collab with Island Chain and we gotta say, it's pretty amazing. UK based producer & DJ, Josh Hunter, releases his debut EP on emerging Liverpool based label, Duotone. ‘Club Toolkit’ is a selection of carefully crafted club tracks,  each with its own blend of Chicago house beats.

Josh Hunter gained support in 2017 after releasing his remix of ‘Cola’, which secured him the UK number one spot on DJCity, plays on Radio 1, Radio 1 Xtra and Kiss FM, and also support from James Hype, Blonde & Nathan Dawe. He continued to release remixes throughout the year each time refining his sound and building a reputation for delivering powerful club-ready dance tracks.

The music video for Langston Francis's 'Fall From Grace' is amazing, watch it here!

There are so many incredible things to be said about this new single from Langston Francis. 'Fall From Grace' is the latest release from the rising Toronto-based artist. The cinematic and intimate music video is directed by Adrian Bellaire and produced by Popp Rok (Director X’s Production Company). The video, which was shot on a vintage Blox 16mm camera, relays a visual story of a group of friends who escape the city for adventure.

Video aside, the track is.. truly a work of art. Langston's writing style is both relatable and moving. From the start of the track you're immediately pulled in and it doesn't take long till you fall in love with the energy that pulses throughout the song. Charlz's vocal style immediately grabbed our attention and it didn't take long before we fell in love with the warm and colorful production. Produced by award-winning producer M-Phazes (AKA Mark Landon), who is best known for his work with artists including Eminem, Madonna, Lupe Fiasco and Amy Shark.

As the song progresses, melodies dance around the beat and were given a small taste of the delicate and emotional energy Charlz places within her music. Dhruv Visvanath's music video for 'Wild' is a cinematic treat, watch it here

Dhruv Visvanath's story is an inspiring one... and you can feel and hear it in their music. Their new song 'Wild' is an inspiring ballad that'll leave you quite... speechless. It's absolutely incredible and if you have the time, really take the moment to submerge yourself into Dhruv's world. A world fueled by gentle, melodic guitars and moved by a vocal style that'll send chills up and down your spine.

Written as a tale of a heart in search of freedom. True-freedom, freedom from the confines of modern responsibility. I guess you could say that we're really impressed by Dhruv's writing ability and we can only hope it moves you the way it moved us.

And as if we didn't love the song enough, the music video offers an inspirational look at a life of isolation through the eyes of living mops. These mops are faced with loneliness and heartache like many around the world who are confined to their roots, shut down each time they try to achieve something greater. It's a cinematic treat directed by Tanvi Gandhi and the imagery is flawless.
