Personally, we love the solo project and the records Phil is writing. They’re unique, exciting, and showcase the artist’s unique voice from top to bottom. Born and raised in Oceanside, CA, the artist has since re-located to Los Angeles, CA where we’re hoping to catch him at a local show one day.
