English dream pop twosome, Amethysts, present their debut music video, 'Purple Blood.' The video follows a young man through a mysterious forest, accompanied by the crystalline sounds of Clarice Parrott and Simon Lucas-Hughes. Seemingly lost and bewildered, the man writhes on the forest floor, struggling with extreme internal chaos. 

The song explores the inner battle of trying to chose the right path in life, and the subsequent wave of optimism once one path has been chosen. Eventually, he leaves the forest and approaches a breathtaking lake, outpouring purple blood into the water as a celebration of his newfounddirection. 'Purple Blood' explores the journey from self-doubt to self-actualization, using symbolic imagery and an unforgettable chorus to illustrate personal euphoria.
