The Montreals landed on our radar recently and for good reason. Today we’re excited to share that the alt-pop band has released their 5-track EP titled “Beach Club”. There’s a lot of great things to say about the EP but some of our favorite takeaways involve how unique the bands sound is.

Blending a nostalgic early 2000’s sound but with a modern, polished sound of today. We love the writing style and the lyrics but to top it all off, the instrumentation is infectious and upbeat. All-in-all the band delivered some of their best work and now our only wish is to witness it all live.

As far as the production goes, the drums are warm and punchy as they dance around an infectious melody that captivates the listener from the get go.
