Truth Talks #005 — It Doesn't Matter Who's Right Or Wrong

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO'S RIGHT OR WRONG

If you're like me and are on a creative team — you argue; a lot. Luckily, I can safely say my team and I argue in a healthy manner. We always come to a conclusion, no matter how long it takes. 

We established a rule early on. And that rule is that it doesn't matter who's right or wrong, we long as we get there. It has changed how we communicate, dramatically. Seriously. I challenge you to have the same mindset, whether you're part of the team or leading it! 

If you're part of the team, have the conversation with your team lead in private. He or she will respect you more than you know, trust me! 

If you're leading a team, apply the same rule. Yes, that means swallowing your pride and not always doing things the way you want to do it. But like, so what?
